Great Gift
I sent this as a gift to my best friend and she loved it! It was partially perfect timeing as well since she was really sick with the flu when she got it. She told me she took one look (or really 2 ) at the doll and felt exactly how it looked. She didn't let it leave her side for the whole weekend she was sick. Its a great gift to give to anyone who enjoys silly things. They'll either think ur out of your mind but thoughtful or they'll absoultely love it.
This is a cute toy!
I wouldn't say this doll is necessarily fun or educational, but it is cute. I like the Ugly Dolls, as they have a sort of organic and retro look to them. Something your mom might have made for you one rainy day when you were five. The fabric is a soft, lovely shade of aqua wool, and feels very strong and durable.
I bought this for my 2 year old and it sleeps with him on his bed. Occasionally, he will play with it-put it in his little shopping cart, but for the most part it is a little baby he likes to sleep with on a rotating basis.

This Ugly Doll is Too Cute
I bought this Ugly Worm for my niece for Christmas. It is so soft and adorable. She and I both fell for the ugly doll when we saw them on the back of a magazine. There's even a little card attached to give you a profile of your UglyDoll. I love it. My niece will flip.
PERFECT
3 month search for a "lovey" is over!!!! My son is 8 months old and actually reached for this toy over my shoulder when I was carrying him inside a toy shop. His eyes lit up at the funny expression so I had to buy it for him. It is supper soft which he rubs against his face to calm himself down. Plus it isn't floppy like most blankets and baby toys which is an added plus! Many sleep experts say that loveys can help your baby transition to sleep and may help seperation anxiety. They say to choose one that is firm but still soft to reduce the risk of S.I.D.S and this is perfect plus its machine washable... JUST PERFECT for little boys!!

Not your run-of-the-mill stuffed animal
This was the first thing my video-game-crazed, 10-year-old son reached for on Christmas morning, and it remains one of his favorite gifts. Ugly Dolls' designs are fun, idiosyncratic and inspire the imagination. Each doll suggests a certain creature, but is nondescript enough to be whatever the child imagines. And here's a toy that seems to delight a wide variety of ages among both genders; we know of preschoolers as well as young teens who have and love Ugly Dolls. A great plus: They clean up nicely with a machine wash and dry.
Cute and Soft
My 4 year old daughter just loves this soft, soft, SOFT and squeezable doll - she had begged for it and adores sleeping with it at night. It is just really simple in design and a faddish thing (Ugly Dolls popular now) but very soft and durable and a cute, huggable little pal for young children who may desire one. We are happy with little Ugly Ghost!

Wage works at the local Super Mart and wears his apron to maintain his professional appearance. Super Mart doesn't actually know that Wage works their store, but he doesn't mind, he just likes to put things in bags - especially snacks. Wage is best friends with Babo, and the two of them can often be found on the sidewalk trying to make friends with fire hydrants, phone booths, and other lonely creatures. Great for Boys
Ugly dolls have been a wonderful pass time for our boys. As they have grown older it became "uncool" to play with stuffed animals. However, these little ugly dolls are the exception to the rule. They can be enjoyed without appearing "babyish." They are made of great quality and of course, have a corresponding website to enjoy and collect them all.
Nice Chew-toy for Teethers
My son loves chewing on the "ears" of this little critter. It's really cute and my husband thought it was the craziest looking thing he'd ever seen until he saw the movie, "Mr. McGorium's Wonder Emporium." Before I bought it, I had seen the ugly dolls on the internet before and had even downloaded some "ugly walls" on my computer. I'm a big fan of these toys. We get some strange looks from people but they just don't get the coolness of these dolls.

Babo is my fave uglydoll
Babo is my fave uglydoll. His parents' are named Baba and Bobo. They got his name from the first syllable of his mom's name and the last syllable of his dad's name. (I made that up :) Anyway, I love Babo with all my heart. I find he is the squishiest uglydoll. Our Babo had 3 holes. Two on his arms and one on his leg. His insides are squishy. Babo is cute and cuddly. I highly reccomend him.
mischievous, but lotsa fun
I've been living with Babo for several months now and I can tell you that you will never want for excitement with him around. You'll come home after a long day at work or school and there will be cookie crumbs Everywhere! Have loose change in the sofa? He'll take care of that, noooo problem. Low-carb dieters beware because he'll use said change to buy more cookies and he loves sharing.
P.S. He loves having his tummy rubbed too.
Not Your Standard Stuffed Animal
My niece requested Ugly Doll Babo for her birthday. I had never heard of Ugly Dolls before and was stunned to come on here and see so many quirky, fun dolls in varying sizes and colors.
When Babo arrived, it was hard not to be smitten with him. His body is a gray fleece type material that is soft to the touch. He is stuffed full, but is still "squishy" and feels like a nice soft pillow. His eyes, mouth and teeth are sewn on, so no worries about anything falling off. Somehow his flat smile and two big teeth make him lovable at first sight. While I gave Babo away, I will definitely be buying another one for myself!
I have since learned that Ugly Dolls are all the rage at my niece's school. She says that everyone (even boys) likes them and collects them. If you are looking for something a little different and fun, why not an Ugly Doll? They are not your standard stuffed animals by any means.

In addition to being soft, OX is adorable, especially his dossier. He truly has taken over all of my possessions. But he is good at sharing so I am not complaining. And he does give many hugs with his ears, since his arms are a bit too short. Earhugs are definitely fun.

So Far So Good
We gave this to our son only a week ago, but he loves the thing, takes it everywhere, and so far so good. The attached tag that it arrives with gives a little description of what OX is all about, and it makes our son crack up every time he reads it. I gave three stars for educational value because our son now reads his "Ugly Guide To The Uglyverse" book to find out more about OX. The fabric is real soft and snuggly, even a bit ugly colored to stay true to theme.
